What is the arrival notification?
It is the official form used to provide information about a foreign citizen, the place of stay and the receiving party. Creating a PDF does not automatically register a person with МВД.
Who submits it?
As a general rule, the receiving party submits the notification. Hotels and some organisations follow a special procedure. In specific cases the foreign citizen may submit it personally.
What should you prepare?
Prepare the passport, visa or migration card when applicable, entry details, the actual address of stay and the receiving party’s documents.
What happens after the PDF?
Check every field against the originals, print the complete document without changing the scale, sign only where required and submit it through the applicable official channel. Keep the receipt or detachable part.
